Municipal Election

Municipal Elections in Ontario are governed under the Ontario Municipal Elections Act, 1996, as amended.

Municipal Elections are administered by the Municipal Clerk, who acts as the Returning Officer under the authority of the Muncicipal Elections Act.

For the 2014 Municipal Election, the Municipal Elections Team consists of the following:

The Clerk will be appointing additional personnel, as required, to assist with the 2014 Municipal Election.
