5 Year Review of The Corporation of the Municipality of Red Lake's Official Plan & Zoning By-Law

Notice of Public Meeting

TAKE NOTICE that The Corporation of the Municipality of Red Lake (herein referred to as 'MORL') is undertaking the legislated five year review of its Official Plan and Zoning By-Law as required by the Planning Act. The purpose of this review is to ensure the currency of the Official Plan and the Zoning By-Law and to ensure that the documents remain consistent with provincial policy.

AND TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Advisory Committee of the MORL will hold a special meeting on the date, and at the time and place shown below, in accordance with Section 26 of the Planning Act to consider recommending an Official Plan update as part of the Municipality's Five Year Review of the Official Plan. The MORL will consider a decision regarding the application at their regular meeting following this public meeting or at a special meeting (which shall be advertised as per the Notice By-Law).

MEETING DATE AND PLACE Thursday, September 4th, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office, located at 2 Fifth Street, Balmertown, Ontario.
